Delivery & returns

Dispatch. Every card is printed to order and dispatched within 48 hours.

Shipping. Every order is sent by standard UK mail, charged at cost — the rate depends on the postage price at the time. Standard mail is not tracked, and there is no free delivery.

Recorded delivery. For an extra fee you can upgrade to recorded delivery. If you do, you'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns. Because each card is personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll put it right.
